Raytools Lens 37x7mm -15KW

The RayTools Protective Lens 37×7mm is a high-quality optical component designed for use in fiber laser cutting heads operating up to 15kW. Manufactured from premium fused silica (JGS1/JGS2 quartz), this lens delivers excellent thermal stability, high laser damage resistance, and outstanding transmission efficiency (>99.76%) at wavelengths between 1030–1090 nm (optimized for 1064 nm lasers).

Engineered with double-sided anti-reflective (AR) coatings, it minimizes power loss and protects internal optical elements—such as collimating and focusing lenses—from back-spatter, dust, and metal debris. This lens is commonly used in RayTools BM-series heads (BM109, BM111, BM114, BM115) and is compatible with many leading fiber laser systems including Precitec, WSX, and Bodor.
